Grandma and Colby played at home in the morning and then visited the playground at the beach in the afternoon.

New Mom's Pool Party

The New Mom's gathered in Easton Saturday afternoon for a pool party.  Colby enjoyed his new tee shirt (thank you Gigi!!) and a wagon ride.

We practiced climbing up and down stairs, visited the Serpentarium with Uncle Neil, played with Cousin Max and Maren and did many fun things with Gigi, Grandi, Aunt Cindy, Aunt Marcia and Uncle Oliver.

Taking a bite

We are slowly building a college fund for Colby.  A few shares of Apple, Inc. were purchased in August 2011 on the day Tim Cook was named to replace Steve Jobs as CEO.  A few more were purchased this morning following last night's "poor" earnings report.  There are certainly many concerning issues in the global economy but a bet we are comfortable taking is that the creative engineers at Apple will continue to create compelling products for years to come.
