A Weekend of Firsts

Colby tasted a real banana for the first time Sunday morning.  He ate but didn't exactly seem to enjoy.  He seemed not to know what to do with the banana once it was in his mouth.  Ashley and I will keep working with him on this as we introduce other foods in the days to come.

For another first, Colby was a guest at a birthday party for the first time on Saturday afternoon.  He enjoyws playing with the other guests and came home with a nice goody bag.

Colby's grandparents from Hickory, NC visited for three days.

We were curious why Colby's cheeks were so red.  Our investigation showed us that his teeth are beginning to arrive!!

Colby's First Halloween - Part 2

Colby now has two Halloween party's under his belt!

When Mommy and Daddy saw snow falling on October 29 they had to ask each other if this was trick or treat!  It turned out to be a treat as we had a great day in the company of each other and many friends.

Colby was invited to two Halloween party's.  These pictures are from the first.  His costume is the Clemson Tiger, mascot to the alma mater of his Grandfather.

Colby did a terrific job supervising his Daddy mow the grass on Saturday.
