Boys weekend

Ashley spent the weekend in Newport RI with her friend Polly.




So the boys and I enjoyed an early Saturday morning breakfast at Chips.













Followed by a hike in the woods and playtime at the Natural Playground.










Then, after a nap, we played ball at home.

And then showered up and got ready for church Sunday morning



After church we visited Bass Pro Shop where we climbed on the boats and ATV's. Colby and Daniel each picked out a coloring book.



Then we came home and played with neighborhood friends until Mommy came home.

Colby is the only blond boy in his kindergarten class

A nice story about baseball cards in today's New York Times.  The 1957 Topps set is my favorite.  Brooks Robinson's rookie card from that year is shown below.
